By making a purchase from Jute Smart, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding exchanges:
Direct Sale: These terms of exchange apply only to direct sales made by Jute Smart to you. If the sale is made by a third party, the terms of exchange will be governed by the terms of that specific sale.
Alterations: Please note that we do not undertake alterations for bags.
Exchange of Sizes: If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please ensure that we receive the merchandise within 5-7 days from the date of delivery. The items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged by you.
Refunds: We do not provide refunds on any goods sold.
Size Exchange Process: As we maintain limited inventory and may not always have all sizes available, the exchange process for sizes may take 10-15 business days from the date we receive the bag. Please note that size exchanges are only available for our latest collection. Bags that are specially made to order or from a dated collection are not eligible for exchange.
Exchange Request: To initiate an exchange, kindly write to us at info@jutesmart.com. We assure you of a prompt response to such emails from Monday to Saturday.
Transit Damages: Please note that we are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit.
