Our exchange policy is subject to the following conditions:
(a) Return Condition: Items should be returned unused and with all tags attached. Damaged or soiled returns will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
(b) Normal Wear and Tear: Items that are damaged due to normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. In the case of a faulty item or product, we can only replace it with the same product in the same size, subject to availability. If possible, we may offer to repair faulty items. Please note that while we make every effort to display accurate colours on our website, variations may occur due to different computer monitors.
(c) Custom-Made Orders: All custom-made orders are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
(d) Refunds: Once an order has been placed, we do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide credit notes.
